Cancellation
You may cancel future renewal through the billing management flow or support workflow available from your account. Cancellation should stop future renewal charges; access normally remains active through the period already paid for unless the account is closed for fraud, abuse, chargeback risk, or violation of the Terms of Use.
Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed case by case for duplicate charges, billing errors, accidental renewal soon after trial conversion, or service access issues we could not resolve. We generally do not refund completed subscription periods when the service was available and materially usable.
Provider processing
Stripe and PayPal process payments and may apply their own timing, dispute, and refund processing rules. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible.
