Information we collect
We may store your email address, display name, account membership, subscription status, security settings, replay preferences, simulated trades, practice balances, journal entries, AI coach reviews, and support or billing metadata.
Payment data
Card and PayPal payment details are handled by Stripe or PayPal. The app stores provider identifiers, selected plan, billing interval, trial status, and subscription status. We do not store raw card numbers, CVV values, or PayPal passwords.
How we use information
We use account data to authenticate users, save replay state, preserve journal history, generate and reuse private AI review summaries, enforce plan access, process billing events, prevent abuse, troubleshoot support requests, and improve product quality.
Security
Users can use strong passwords, OAuth sign-in where configured, and optional authenticator-app MFA where available. Administrative and payment operations run on the server and must not expose service-role or payment secrets to browser code.
Data sharing
We share data with infrastructure and payment providers only as needed to operate the service, including authentication/database providers, AI providers, Stripe, PayPal, hosting providers, and configured market data providers. We do not sell personal journal content.
Retention and deletion
We keep account and billing records as needed for service operation, legal compliance, fraud prevention, and financial reporting. Users may request deletion of account data, subject to records we must retain for legitimate business or legal reasons.
